Estimated Contract Value. The maximum/estimated value of Job Orders that the Contractor may receive under this Contract.
Estimated Contract Value. The estimated value for the life of the of the contract for all awarded vendors combined is $805,408,770.00. This is an estimate and is not a guarantee of the minimum or maximum value of the contract because TIPS cannot speculate on TIPS Members’ future needs or budget allocations as they relate to this solicitation.

The unit prices of each category of worker with which the price is determined respond to the general market prices of the sector in Japan.
Estimated Contract Value. The approximate quantity of contract services anticipated to be performed under all of the contracts awarded through this solicitation is (Insert estimated contract value) per year. This is merely an estimate and does not in any way limit GSA from ordering up to the annual maximum stated in Paragraph n, below, nor does it guarantee awardees any work above the guaranteed minimum stated in Paragraph k, below.

  • CONTRACT VALUE The current total Not-To-Exceed (NTE) value of this contract is: 2.3.1.1 The Contractor exceeds the NTE amount at his/her own risk. The Contractor is under no obligation to provide additional services that would cause the Contractor’s fees to exceed the NTE amount without prior revision of this amount by written change order. Further, the Agency reserves the right to amend this amount (increase/decrease) at any time during the ensuing contract period(s) when the Agency determines doing so is in its best interests.

  • Estimated Cost Estimated costs by construction phases for Specified Roads listed in A7 are stated by segments in the Schedule of Items. Such estimated costs are subject to adjustment under B3.3, B5.2, B5.21, B5.212, B5.25, and B5.26. Appropriately adjusted costs shall be made a part of a revised Schedule of Items and shown as adjustments to Timber Sale Account. The revised Schedule of Items shall supersede any prior Schedule of Items when it is dated and signed by Contracting Officer and a copy is furnished to Purchaser.

  • Total Contract Amount The contract total for services shall not exceed $750,000. Pricing shall be per Exhibit G attached.
