Common use of Estimated Delivery Date Clause in Contracts

Estimated Delivery Date. The date of the Delivery, as indicated in the Quote, is KLR's best estimate as to the date of the delivery of the Products by KLR's factory and KLR shall not be responsible for any Claims and shall incur no liability for any loss or damage due to such delivery delays or for any loss, damage, breakage and delays due to transportation. All Claims related to loss, damage, breakage and delays due to transportation shall be addressed by Client directly with its DAP carrier.
