Evaluation and Reports. 26.01 Observation of the work performance of a teacher will be conducted openly and with the full knowledge of the teacher for evaluation purposes and in accordance with the Board policy. 26.02 Teachers shall only be evaluated by their Principal, Vice-Principal and/or a Supervisory Officer of the Board, or by any individual appointed by the Board who holds the appropriate qualifications and who is not currently a teacher employed by the Board. 26.03 Teachers will be given a copy of any report prepared by the Principal, Vice-Principal or Supervisory Officer and will, at their option, be entitled to a conference to discuss said report. 26.04 A teacher who desires a conference will request a meeting in writing. 26.05 An OECTA representative may accompany the teacher. 26.06 A written report will be handed to the teacher within five (5) school days of the post- conference and in any case no later than May 31st. 26.07 No report will be submitted to the central office, or placed in a teacher’s file, or otherwise acted upon without a prior conference with the teacher. No information may be placed in or removed from a teacher’s personal file without the knowledge of the teacher involved. The teacher has the right to append comments to an evaluation report placed in the teacher’s file. 26.08 No teacher will be required to sign a blank or incomplete evaluation form. 26.09 Upon receipt of the Summative Report Form of a Performance Appraisal the teacher may add comments to it, sign it (with the express understanding that such signature is only an acknowledgement of having received a copy thereof) and return it to the principal for placement in the teacher’s personnel file at the Board office. It is understood that the timelines related to these Performance Appraisals contained in the applicable legislation are mandatory and not discretionary.
Evaluation and Reports. Volunteers/trainees working in Villa el Salvador are obliged to write a brief report in Danish after two weeks commenting generally on the teaching and the stay. Furthermore the volunteers/trainees are obliged to write an evaluation report that has to be turned in at the latest two weeks after finishing the teaching period. This report has to be written in English using the standard template provided by AXIS. Furthermore a short evaluation in Danish has to be written also using a standard template. Therefore AXIS will invite the volunteer/trainee to a welcome- home meeting when he/she has returned to Denmark.

Evaluation and Reports. §7.1 The Trustee shall at least quarterly furnish to the Department and to the Settlor a statement providing an accounting of all transactions involving the Trust and confirming the value of the Trust. The Department, upon request, shall furnish the Trustee with such information as may be reasonably required in connection with the preparation of such income tax returns.

You agree that right, title and interest to any reports, feedback or suggestions relating to the EAP Cloud Services or any inventions relating to an improvement, modification or enhancement of the EAP Cloud Services conceived in, or made as a result of, your performance of this agreement shall become the exclusive property of Bentley and that Bentley may disclose and use such information for any purposes whatsoever, entirely without obligation of any kind to you.
