Evaluation Formats. To evaluate unit members as required by the Ed Code and this Article 14, the District may use the Formal Evaluation Procedure or the Alternative Evaluation Procedure described in Sections 14.6. If permitted by the express terms of this Article, the District may use the Alternative Evaluation format described in Section 14.11. The District and each unit member must comply with all Sections of this Article. In addition to the Formal Evaluation or Alternative Evaluation procedures described in this Article, the District and the primary evaluator shall provide feedback to the unit members per Appendix J-7
