Common use of Evaluation Frequency Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Frequency. A probationary teacher shall be evaluated at least once during each full semester, the first evaluation to occur on or before December 1 and the second evaluation to occur on or before April 1. A tenure teacher shall be formally evaluated at least every three (3) years prior to May 1.
