Common use of Evaluation of Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Evaluation of Qualifications. (1) The placement of each teacher shall be in accordance with the statements of evaluation issued by the Qualifications Evaluation Council of Ontario (QECO) based on Programme 5. (2) Each statement shall be accompanied by the original QECO covering letter which describes the details of the rating. The original letter will be returned to the teacher.

Evaluation of Qualifications. (1a) The placement of each teacher Long-Term Occasional Teacher shall be in accordance with the statements of evaluation issued by the Qualifications Evaluation Council of Ontario (QECO) based on Programme 53, 4 or 5 as required by the relevant Panel. (2b) Each statement shall be accompanied by the original QECO covering letter which describes the details of the rating. The original letter will be returned to the teacherLong-Term Occasional Teacher.
