Written Explanation Sample Clauses
The Written Explanation clause requires that certain information, decisions, or reasons be provided in a written format. In practice, this means that a party must document and deliver a clear, written account explaining the basis for an action, decision, or outcome, such as the reasoning behind a denial of a claim or the steps taken in a process. This clause ensures transparency and accountability by creating a tangible record, helping to prevent misunderstandings and providing a reference point for future review or dispute resolution.
