Evening Classes Sample Clauses

The 'Evening Classes' clause defines the terms and conditions under which classes or instructional sessions are held during evening hours. It typically specifies the time frame considered as 'evening,' outlines any special requirements for instructors or students, and may address issues such as facility access, security, or additional fees. This clause ensures that all parties understand the expectations and logistical arrangements for classes scheduled outside of standard daytime hours, thereby promoting clarity and smooth operation of evening educational activities.
Evening Classes. Employees assigned an evening class which begins after 6:00 p.m. as part of their normal load will not be assigned, without their consent, a class prior to 9:00 a.m. on a morning after teaching an evening class.
Evening Classes. At schools where evening classes are part of the regular curriculum, the principal will seek volunteers who are certified to teach such classes. An evening class is defined as a class which begins at or after 6:00 p.m. Should no certified teacher volunteer, the principal may assign a certified teacher from the school's faculty to teach such a class. A teacher teaching an evening class will be assigned his two non-student contact periods between his teaching assignments for the regular instructional day and the evening assignment, making his instructional day as continuous as possible. In no event will the break in his instructional day exceed two hours.
