Event Changes a. Any request for changes in time, number of people, set-up, etc., desired by Sponsor must be made in writing and forwarded to the ECAC/SRC Events Department at least two weeks prior to the event. While ECAC/SRC will try to accommodate Sponsor’s changes, Sponsor understands that due to limitations in space and personnel, ECAC/SRC may not be able to do so. The decision to accommodate Sponsor’s changes shall be solely at ECAC/SRC discretion. Any changes approved by ECAC/SRC shall be notes in writing. b. Event rooms are assigned based on the anticipated number of guest. The ECAC/SRC Events Department reserves the right to adjust room assignment based on Sponsor’s final guarantee, and reserves the right to move the event to comparable meeting or banquet rooms other than those appearing in the Agreement.
Event Changes. CGI may in its reasonable discretion, in order to improve any Event, institute changes in the implementation or structure of such Event; provided, however, that no material change may be made to any previously confirmed location or venue(s) without the prior written consent of both Parties.
Event Changes. Should you wish to make significant changes to your event of the expected number of guests, “Urban Pantry” reserves the right to amend the rates and facilities offered. Insurance providing cover for the cancellation of an event is available and you should contact your preferred broker for further information.
Event Changes. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including presenter/instructor changes, workshop/concert adjustments, and scheduling changes. The event organizer will make every effort to keep registrant notified of significant changes via the event website and/or social media.
Event Changes. After the signing of this Contract, changes to the event by the Client can be made no sooner than 1 day prior to the event ("Cancellation Period"). If there is a change or cancellation of the event by the Client sooner than the Cancellation Period, then the Deposit made by the Client, in its entirety, shall be non-refundable and forfeited to the Photographer.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

  • Contract Changes 31.1 All changes to the Call-Off Contract which cannot be accommodated informally as described in Clause 30 will require a Contract Change Note. 31.2 Either Party may request a contract change by completing and sending a draft Contract Change Note in the form in Schedule 4 of Part C - The Schedules ('the Contract Change Notice') to the other Party giving sufficient information to enable the other Party to assess the extent of the change and any additional cost that may be incurred. The Party requesting the contract change will bear the costs of preparation of the Contract Change Notice. Neither Party will unreasonably withhold nor delay consent to the other Party’s proposed changes to the Call-Off Contract. 31.3 Due to the agile-based delivery methodology recommended by the Framework Agreement, it may not be possible to exactly define the consumption of Services over the duration of the Call-Off Contract in a static Order Form. The Supplier should state the initial value of all Services that are likely to be consumed under the Call-Off Contract.
