Event Times Sample Clauses

The Event Times clause defines the specific dates and times when certain events, obligations, or actions under the agreement are scheduled to occur. It typically outlines the start and end times for activities such as deliveries, meetings, or performance milestones, and may specify time zones or methods for determining exact timing. By clearly establishing when key events are to take place, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes related to scheduling, ensuring all parties are aligned on critical timelines.
