Common use of EXAMINATION AND AUDIT Clause in Contracts

EXAMINATION AND AUDIT. For contracts in excess of $10,000, Contractor shall be subject to the examination and audit by: (a) the Office of the University Auditor, and (b) the California State Auditor, for a period of three (3) years after final payment under the Contract. The examination and audit shall be confined to those matters connected with the performance of the contract, including, but not limited to, the costs of administering the Contract.
