Examination of Contract Documents and Site. The Bidder is required to examine carefully the site of the Work, and the plans and other Contract Documents for the Work contemplated. It will be assumed that the Bidder has investigated and is fully informed as to the requirements of the plans and other Contract Documents, thus relieving the County of any costs incurred by the Bidder as a result of a misunderstanding or miscalculation of the Work.
