Common use of Examination of Contract Documents and Site Clause in Contracts

Examination of Contract Documents and Site. By executing the Contract, the Contractor agrees: that it has carefully examined the Contract Documents together with the site of the proposed work as well as its surrounding territory; that it is fully informed regarding all the conditions affecting the work to be done and the labor and materials to be furnished for the completion of the Contract; and that its information has been acquired by personal investigation and research and not in the estimates and records of the University.
