  • EXECUTED COPY Any fully executed photocopy or similar reproduction of this Lease shall be deemed an original for all purposes.

Any facsimile which bears proof of transmission shall be binding on the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was initiated and likewise shall be so admissible in evidence as if the original of such facsimile had been delivered to the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was received.
