Exception for Uniform Transfer to Minor Accounts. An Account may be opened as a custodial account (a “Custodial Account”) for the benefit of a minor pursuant to the Tennessee Uniform Transfers to Minors Act, Tenn. Code ▇▇▇. 35-7-101 et seq. As the custodian for such an Account, you agree, acknowledge and assume all responsibilities as custodian under applicable laws and regulations. You agree you will not access the Custodial Account, transfer funds into or out of the Account or use the Account for any reason other than for the benefit of the person over whom you have custody pursuant to your responsibilities as custodian. You release and hold us harmless from any liability for any use or transactions made on the Account that are in violation of these terms, this Agreement or applicable law.
