Excessive Floor Load Clause Samples
The Excessive Floor Load clause establishes limits on the amount of weight that can be placed on a building's floors by tenants or occupants. It typically requires tenants to avoid placing heavy equipment, storage, or materials that exceed the structural load capacity specified by the landlord or building codes. This clause helps prevent structural damage, ensures the safety of the premises, and allocates responsibility for any violations or resulting damages to the party exceeding the load limits.
