Exchange of Lists. 4.9.1 Each Administration shall prepare an up-to-date Frequency Register in accordance with Section 1.4. The List corresponding to each affected Administration contained in the Frequency Register shall be exchanged bilaterally at least once every six months. 4.9.2 The Administrations shall undertake to use the data appearing in the Lists of other Administrations for service purposes only. These Lists may not be communicated to other Administrations or other third parties without the consent of the Administration affected.
