Exclusive Use Space. Airline will have exclusive use of that portion of Airline’s Leased Premises designated as Exclusive Use Space as described in Section 4.01. Airline’s Exclusive Use Space, excluding Airline Lounges, are subject to the change of facility status, relocation and other provisions of this Agreement.
Exclusive Use Space. 1. As to the portion thereof designated "ticket counter" in Exhibit C. a. For reserving space and selling tickets for Air Transportation of passengers and the processing small package delivery by Airline. b. For furnishing information to such passengers and the general public. c. For checking baggage of Airline's enplaning passengers. d. For handling lost and found articles. 2. As to the portion thereof designated "office area" in Exhibit C: a. For administrative, customer service, and other office purposes in connection with Airline's business. b. For passenger and customer relations. c. For handling lost and found articles. 3. As to the portion thereof designated "baggage makeup space" in Exhibit C: a. For assembling, handling, and dispatching enplaning passenger baggage. b. For storing materials permitted to be stored in the building under general rules prescribed by Authority for safety, sanitation, or good order. 4. As to the portion thereof designated "airline operations" in Exhibit C: a. For Airline operations office. b. For a baggage hold area. c. For storing of equipment and catering supplies. d. For crew space and weather, dispatch, and communications functions. e. For handling lost and found articles. 5. As to the portion thereof designated "airline bag claim offices" in Exhibit C: a. For storing, and processing claims, for mishandled, damaged, or misplaced baggage.
Exclusive Use Space. The Board reserves the right to provide Exclusive Use Space as defined herein, to the Requesting Airline; such accommodation(s) to be provided by remodeling and/or new construction. Such decision shall be made after consultation with all tenant Scheduled Air Carriers (including Airline). 1. Remodeling will be treated as a tenant improvement and sole cost will be borne by Requesting Airline and the rent per square foot per annum will be assessed at the same rate as that paid for similar space under lease by other Scheduled Air Carriers at the Airport. If, as a result of such remodeling, the square footage of the public areas is reduced, such reduction will be reflected in the base rate paid by all Scheduled Air Carriers at the Airport. 2. In the event of new construction, costs involving additions or building modifications (including financing cost, if appropriate) will be allocated according to the per square foot cost of such construction. Requesting Airline will pay this per square foot rate for such leased area as its base rent plus its share of the Airport costs. The per square foot cost for increased public areas created as a result of such construction will be included in the rate base paid by all Scheduled Air Carriers at the Airport (including Airline).
Exclusive Use Space. The Charter School's right to exclusively use designated space as more fully described in Exhibit 1 shall be coterminous with the term of this Agreement.
Exclusive Use Space. Airline shall provide all maintenance in the Exclusive Use Space not otherwise provided by City under Section 8.01 hereof. In addition, Airline shall furnish all janitorial services within the Exclusive Use Space. Airline shall also provide electrical relamping, all decorating and redecorating when required, and all maintenance and operation of tenant-installed improvements and systems in its Exclusive Use Space. Airline shall maintain the Exclusive Use Space in a neat, clean, sanitary, sightly and operable condition.
Exclusive Use Space. All space designated as Exclusive Use Space shall be space with the following characteristics: (i) Airline shall have the exclusive right to occupy and use all Exclusive Use Space included in the Demised Premises. (ii) Rent for all Exclusive Use Space shall be based on City’s rates and charges, as calculated pursuant to this Agreement.
Exclusive Use Space. In the Exclusive Use Space, City will furnish only structural maintenance of City-constructed facilities. City shall provide maintenance and operation of City- installed systems, which will include outside window and building cleaning. City shall use reasonable efforts to furnish sufficient heat and air conditioning through its installed systems in those areas so equipped for such services and will install area lighting; however, City will furnish electrical power for interior area lighting only.
