Common use of Executed First Amendment Clause in Contracts

Executed First Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this First Amendment, executed by a duly authorized officer of each party hereto, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and Lenders.

Executed First Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts (i) a fully executed original of this First Amendment, executed by a duly authorized officer of each party hereto, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent Agent, the Lenders and Lendersthe Borrower, and (ii) a fully executed original of the attached Consent to First Amendment, executed by each Guarantor.

Executed First Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts a fully executed original of this First Amendment, executed by a duly authorized officer of each party heretothe Company, in form the New Lenders and substance reasonably satisfactory the Required Lenders (as determined prior to giving effect to the Administrative Agent and LendersFirst Amendment).
