Common use of Execution and Recording Clause in Contracts

Execution and Recording. Section 65868.5 of the Development Agreement Statute requires that this Agreement be recorded in the Official Records of the County of Riverside, State of California no later than ten (10) days after the Effective Date, provided that a referendum applicable to the Enacting Ordinance has not been timely submitted to the City. The burdens of this Agreement shall be binding upon, and the benefits of this Agreement shall inure to, all successors in interest to the Parties to this Agreement.
