Common use of Execution and Recording Clause in Contracts

Execution and Recording. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Agreement to be signed by the appropriate representatives of the City and recorded with the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino, California, within ten (10) days following the effective date of the Adopting Ordinance. The failure of the City to timely sign and/or record this Agreement shall not affect the validity of and binding obligations set forth within this Agreement.
