Common use of Execution by Lessor Clause in Contracts

Execution by Lessor. Lessor shall not during the Lease Term enter into, create, place of record, amend, assign, restate, modify, or terminate any Record Agreement (including any document or instrument creating or governing any of the Easements) or any Other Recorded Document except (A) “Closing Deliveries” pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, (B) as requested by Lessee in writing, or (C) as consented to by Lessee in writing prior to the date of Lessor’s execution thereof.
