Execution; Effective Date. 1.6.1 For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, the term “Execution Date” shall mean the date this Settlement Agreement is fully executed. 1.6.2 For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, the term “Effective Date” shall mean the date that the Parties agreed in writing to the injunctive relief measures of this Settlement Agreement (“Injunctive Relief”).
