Execution Expenses Sample Clauses

The Execution Expenses clause defines which party is responsible for covering the costs associated with carrying out the terms of the agreement. This may include fees for legal filings, administrative charges, or other expenses directly related to the execution and implementation of the contract. By clearly allocating these costs, the clause helps prevent disputes over payment responsibilities and ensures that both parties understand their financial obligations during the contract's execution phase.
