Common use of Execution of Documents, Etc Clause in Contracts

Execution of Documents, Etc. Each Member hereby consents to the execution and recordation on its behalf by the Company of any amendment hereto required for the purpose of admitting as a Member the transferee of any or all of the Interest of a Member in the Company in this Article IX and to the execution and recordation on its behalf of any other instruments required in connection therewith, and the Company is hereby granted the right to admit any such transferee upon all of the terms set forth above. In addition, each Member agrees to execute at the request of the Company any and all documents required to be executed by such Member to effect the admission as a Member of the transferee of any or all of the Interest of a Member in the Company pursuant to this Article IX.
