Execution of Upstream and Downstream Projects. The IPP shall not have any objection to the development of upstream or downstream hydro power projects including development / diversion of water for irrigation, flood control/ water supply etc. projects being/ to be developed by the GoJ or any of its agencies, provided however, the GoJ will ensure uninterrupted flow of water discharge to the extent as must have been earmarked and indicated in the design discharge by the GoJ and/or as may be permitted under clearances to be issued by the concerned Government departments.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
