Common use of Exemption Clause Clause in Contracts

Exemption Clause. 8.1 In any of the following circumstances, the Contract shall be terminated, and Party A and Party B shall not be liable for breach of contract: 8.2 The contract cannot be performed due to government actions (nationalization, expropriation or demolition). 8.3 This contract cannot be performed due to damage to the site and fire fighting caused by force majeure.
