Existing Contract Workers at the Existing Facilities. The personnel engaged in the O & M of the Existing Facilities by sub-contractors as per the details mentioned in Appendix 14 will be engaged by the Concessionaire and/or its sub-contractors, as may be appointed by them in this regard, on terms and conditions not less favourable than terms of their present engagement.
