Common use of Existing Fee Title Interest in the Runway Protection Zone Clause in Contracts

Existing Fee Title Interest in the Runway Protection Zone. The Sponsor agrees to prevent the erection or creation of any structure, place of public assembly or other use in the Runway Protection Zone, as depicted on the Exhibit "A" Property Map and the approved ALP, except for NAVAIDS that are fixed by their functional purposes or any other structure permitted by the Commission and the FAA. The Sponsor further agrees that any existing structures or uses within the Runway Protection Zone will be cleared or discontinued by the Sponsor unless approved by the Commission and the FAA.
