Common use of Existing Information Clause in Contracts

Existing Information. County shall provide A/E with all existing plans, maps, studies, reports, field notes, statistics, computations, and other data in its possession relative to existing facilities and to this particular Project at no cost to A/E; however, any and all such information shall remain the property of County and shall be returned, if County so instructs A/E.
