Existing Information. County shall provide Test Engineer with all existing plans, maps, studies, reports, field notes, statistics, computations, and other data in its possession relative to existing facilities and to this particular Project at no cost to Test Engineer; however, any and all such information shall remain the property of County and shall be returned, if County so instructs Test Engineer.
