Existing Procedures. 15.1.1 The rules, regulations, policies, and practices of the District which are in effect at the time of this Agreement, and which neither conflict with the terms of this Agreement nor abridge the rights of employees under this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect unless changed by mutual agreement of CSEA and the District.
