Common use of Existing Rights Clause in Contracts

Existing Rights. Without prejudice to the statutory rights, obligations and powers of the Executive and any orders or written directions of the Minister, nothing in this Arrangement, with the exception of the rights and/ or obligations specified in this Arrangement, shall add to, alter or reduce, or be construed as adding to, altering or reducing, the existing rights of the parties prior to entering into this Arrangement.
