  • Operating Schedule Purchaser shall, be- fore commencing operations, provide in writing an annual Operating Schedule of anticipated major activities and needs for logging Included Timber, such as logging, road maintenance, Scaling, and road construction, including construction staking under B5.212 and material delivery under B5.22. Upon reasonable notice to Forest Service, such schedule shall be subject to modifications necessi- ▇▇▇▇▇ by weather, markets, or other unpredictable circum- stances.

  • Working Schedule The hours and days of work of each employee shall be posted in an appropriate place at least two (2) weeks in advance. The Employer shall, after agreement with the Union, set forth the working schedule of each department, hereinafter referred to as the "Work Schedule". Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.
