Common use of Exit Interview Clause in Contracts

Exit Interview. To insure a clear understanding of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the protection of the Company's and the Parent's business interests, Employee agrees, at no additional expense to the Company and the Parent, at a mutually acceptable time and place to engage in an exit interview with the Company and the Parent prior to Employee's departure from the Company and the Parent.

Exit Interview. To insure a clear understanding of this Agreement, including, including but not limited to, to the protection of the business interests of the Company's and the Parent's business interests, Employee agrees, upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, or the expiration of the Employment Period, at no additional expense to the Company and the ParentEmployee, at a mutually acceptable time and place to engage in an exit interview with the Company at a time and place designated by the Parent prior to Employee's departure from the Company and the ParentCompany.
