Common use of Exit Interview Clause in Contracts

Exit Interview. To ensure a clear understanding of this Agreement, including but not limited to the protection of Employer's business interests, Employee agrees, at no additional expense to Employee, to engage in an exit interview with Employer at a time and place as may be reasonably designated by Employer.

Exit Interview. In the event that the exit interview takes place in a location outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, the Companies agree to reimburse Employee for reasonable expenses associated with his travel to and from said exit interview.
