Expedited Orders Clause Samples

The Expedited Orders clause establishes the terms under which a party can request faster processing or delivery of goods or services than the standard timeline. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for submitting expedited requests, any additional fees or costs that may apply, and the obligations of both parties to accommodate or respond to such requests. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework for handling urgent orders, ensuring both parties understand the process and any associated costs, thereby minimizing disputes and delays when expedited service is needed.
