Experience and Technical Capacity Sample Clauses

The Experience and Technical Capacity clause sets out requirements for a party, typically a contractor or service provider, to demonstrate sufficient relevant experience and technical skills necessary to perform the obligations under the agreement. Experience and Technical Capacity. The Tenderer shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement(s) using the form provided in Section IV.
