Experience Criteria. (a) The Bidder should have: (i) The Bidder should have Developed/ Constructed a single Project of a minimum built up area (RCC Structure/ Combination of RCC-Steel Structure including parking ) and Project Value as specified in Clause 2 Bid Summary item 15 in last 3 (three) years from the date of issue of RFP. (ii) The Bidder should have Developed/ Constructed a total built up area (RCC Structure/ Combination of RCC-Steel Structure including parking ) and Project Value comprising not more than 5 Projects of worth not less than the value specified in Clause 2 Bid Summary item 15 in the last 5 (five) years from the date of issue of RFP. (b) Development shall mean responsibility for financing/investing of a project; and planning, designing, constructing, commissioning etc. of the Project directly or through a contractor. (c) Construction shall mean responsibility for physical construction of a project of other business entities as a contractor.
Experience Criteria. Under the UAA, US CPAs must have at least one year of experience verified by a licensee of a State Board. This experience includes providing a service or advice involving the use of accounting, attest, compilation, management advisory, financial advisory, tax or consulting skills, and meeting requirements prescribed by a US jurisdiction’s laws and rules. This experience may be acceptable if it was gained through employment in government, industry, academia or public practice. Each individual US jurisdiction’s experience requirements can be found in that jurisdiction’s laws and rules, which are generally similar or identical to the experience criteria set forth in the model UAA. To meet the experience criteria of the eligibility requirements of this agreement, both Legacy CA credential holders and Post-Merger CA credential holders must have completed a minimum of three years of relevant work experience prior to obtaining the CA ANZ CA credential and being admitted to membership in CA ANZ and at least an additional two years and eight months of relevant work experience – which must include two years’ experience providing public accounting services (as defined in Appendix 3B) - after obtaining the CA credential and being admitted to membership. Additional specific experience requirements may be required by the State Board from which the credential is sought. Some State Boards may exercise the authority to verify such experience and will determine how such verification will be performed, including working with NASBA’s Experience Verification Service.
Experience Criteria. The Irish Institute’s Bye-Laws require that to obtain the Irish ACA credential, an individual must have a minimum of three years of practical experience in practice and/or business. Additional experience criteria apply for Irish ACA’s seeking a license to practice public accounting. To meet the experience criteria of the eligibility requirements of this agreement, US CPAs must have three years of practical experience in the past ten years. Experience acquired in the US is acceptable and may be obtained through employment in government, industry, academia or public practice. US CPAs who wish to obtain a license to practice public accounting in Ireland must also meet additional requirements outlined in Appendix 3B. Further, US CPAs who wish to obtain a license to perform statutory audits must meet different additional requirements outlined in Appendix 3B.
Experience Criteria. In respect of the filter applied for experience criteria, the Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through reseller(s)} should have regularly, manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company for number of Financial years as indicated above in the bid document before the bid opening date. Copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the Financial year. In case of bunch bids, the category of primary product having highest value should meet this criterion.
Experience Criteria. CA ANZ requires CA members to obtain at least three years full-time (or part-time equivalent) approved employment mentored by a CA mentor, in one or more relevant areas including: 4 or previous legacy bodies education as defined. 5 or previous legacy bodies education as defined. • audit • taxation • financial reporting • management accounting; and • finance. Experience may be gained through approved employment in government, commerce, academia or public practice and the CA member must demonstrate required levels of technical and non-technical competency as verified by a CA mentor6. To meet the experience requirement of this agreement, US CPAs must have satisfied the experience requirement of their State Board. Additional requirements, set out in Appendix 3B, are required of all CA ANZ CAs who wish to obtain a Certificate of Public Practice and/or provide Public Accounting Services in Australia or New Zealand.

Additional specific experience requirements may be required by the State Board from which the credential is sought. Some State Boards may exercise the authority to verify such experience and will determine how such verification will be performed, including working with NASBA’s Experience Verification Service.
Experience Criteria. Australian CPAs must complete a minimum of three years of relevant work experience prior to obtaining the Australian CPA credential. Experience can be completed either before, after, or concurrently with the CPA Program subjects. A minimum of 10 skills across four categories must be demonstrated over the course of experience. This must include a minimum of: • four technical skills;

To meet the experience criteria of the eligibility requirements of this agreement Irish ACA/FCAs must have completed a minimum of three years relevant work experience prior to obtaining the ACA/FCA credential and being admitted to membership in the Irish Institute and an additional two years of relevant work experience after obtaining the ACA/FCA credential and being admitted to membership. Additional specific experience requirements may be required by the State Board from which the credential is sought. Some State Boards may exercise the authority to verify such experience and will determine how such verification will be performed, including working with NASBA’s Experience Verification Service.
Experience Criteria. Bidders must have supplied & erected on LSTK basis at least two nos of PGR units of minimum capacity of 12000 NM3/hr with Hydrogen recovery of more than or equal to 90 %. The units must be in successful operation for three consecutive years during the last 10 y ears. As a doc umentary proof, the supplier shall submit self attested photo copies of the following documents: i. Copy of Purchase Orders with full technical details of the plant and completion period. ii. Certificate from user regarding satisfactory performance indicating the period of completion. .

  • Performance Criteria The Performance Criteria are set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Acceptance Criteria The Services and Deliverables must meet the following acceptance criteria or the JBE may reject the applicable Services or Deliverables. The JBE may use the attached Acceptance and Signoff Form to notify Contractor of the acceptance or rejection of the Services and Deliverables. Contractor will not be paid for any rejected Services or Deliverables.

  • Criteria (1) Annual Evaluation Criteria. All performance evaluations shall be based upon assigned duties, and shall carefully consider the nature of the assignment in terms, where applicable, of: a. Teaching effectiveness, including effectiveness in presenting knowledge, information, and ideas by means or methods such as lecture, discussion, assignment and recitation, demonstration, laboratory exercise, practical experience, supervision of interns, theses, professional projects and/or dissertations, and direct consultation with students. The evaluation shall include consideration of effectiveness in imparting knowledge and skills, and effectiveness in stimulating students' critical thinking and/or creative abilities, the development or revision of curriculum and course structure, and adherence to accepted standards of professional behavior in meeting responsibilities to students. The evaluator may take into account class notes, syllabi, student exams and assignments, and any other materials relevant to the employee's teaching assignment. The teaching evaluation must take into account any relevant materials submitted by the employee, including the results of peer evaluations of teaching, and may not be based solely on student evaluations when this additional information has been made available to the evaluator. b. Contribution to the discovery of new knowledge, development of new educational techniques, and other forms of creative activity. Evidence of research and other creative activity shall include, but not be limited to, published books; articles and papers in professional journals; musical compositions, paintings, sculpture; works of performing art; papers presented at meetings of professional societies; funded grant activities; and research and creative accomplishments that have not yet resulted in publication, display, or performance. The evaluation shall include consideration of the employee's productivity, including the quality and quantity of the employee's research and other creative programs and contributions during the year, as well as recognition by the academic or professional community of what has been done. c. Public service that extends professional or discipline-related contributions to the community, the State, public schools, and/or the national and international community. This public service includes contributions to scholarly and professional organizations, governmental boards, agencies, and commissions that are beneficial to such groups and individuals. d. Participation in the governance processes of the University through significant service on committees, councils, and senates, beyond that associated with the expected responsibility to participate in the governance of the University through participation in regular departmental or college meetings. e. Other assigned University duties, such as attending University events, advising, counseling, and academic administration, or as described in a Position Description, if any, of the position held by the employee. Other assigned duties may include entrepreneurial activities that contribute to the further development of the University with an end result of creating a new venture. Evidence of entrepreneurial contributions shall include, but not be limited to, creation of self- supporting centers or institutes, development of multi- disciplinary research partnerships, and applications of research to implementations in society. To provide guidelines for the establishment, maintenance and use of employee evaluation files within the employee’s respective academic unit.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies. It is the intention of the parties that the sole remedy for failure to perform in accordance with the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, or any dispute relating to performance goals set forth in the Service Level Agreement, will be a meeting of the parties to resolve the failure pursuant to the consultation procedure described in Sections V. B. and V.C. below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereby acknowledge that any party’s failure (or lack thereof) to meet the provisions of the Service Level Agreement, while not in and of itself a breach of contract giving rise to contractual or other remedies, may factor into the Trust’s reasonably determined belief regarding the standard of care exercised by State Street hereunder.

  • Service Eligibility Criteria 5.2.5.1 Southern Telecom must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.2.5.1.1 Southern Telecom has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.2.5.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.2.5.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.2.5.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.2.5.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 CFR 51.318(c); 5.2.5.2.5 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.6 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, Southern Telecom will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which Southern Telecom will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.2.5.2.7 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic.
