PERIOD OF COMPLETION. The work is required to be completed within time schedule from the date of issue of acceptance letter as given below: - Total period of completion: One year extendable further one year from the 15th day after date of issue of Letter of Intent.
2.1 The contractor shall stick to the final completion date and will be liable to action for any delay due to contractor as per Conditions of Contract for stage as well as overall completion of the work.
