Common use of Expert Advisors Clause in Contracts

Expert Advisors. (a) The Employer recognizes that the Union has the right at any time to call upon the assistance and presence of a duly authorized representative from a law firm or other qualified representative of the Union’s choice. Such duly authorized representatives will have access to the Employer’s premises to consult with Union Representatives/Stewards and/or Employees. (b) Release time for such Union Representatives/Stewards and Employees to meet with a duly authorized representative shall be provided in accordance with Article 5.03.

(a) The Employer recognizes that the Union has the right at any time time, with appropriate advance notice, to call upon the assistance and presence of a duly authorized representative from a law firm or other qualified representative of the Union’s choice. Such duly authorized representatives will have access to the Employer’s premises to consult with Union Representatives/Stewards and/or Employees. (b) Release time for such Union Representatives/Stewards and Employees to meet with a duly authorized representative shall be provided in accordance with Article 5.03.
