Common use of Export Administration Clause in Contracts

Export Administration. The United States and certain foreign countries may regulate the export and re-export of technology originating in the United States. Exporting and re-exporting may include the electronic transfer or dissemination of content and software to foreign countries, certain foreign nationals, and certain specially designated nationals. Client agrees to abide by all applicable provisions of export and import Laws, including the Export Administration Act and the Arms Export Control Act.
