Updates and New Releases – SaaS Licence. 5.1 From time to time, the Supplier, the Software Owner or the provider of the Third Party Software may perform such reasonable scheduled and emergency maintenance and updates in relation to the Software in order to continue to supply the Software to the Client. You agree that access to, or the functionality of all or part of the Software, may need to be suspended for a time in order for the maintenance and updates to be performed and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Supplier will not be liable to you for any interruptions or downtime to the Software as a result of any such maintenance or updates.
