The Maintenance. 2.1. We shall carry out or arrange for an Approved Supplier to carry out the following Maintenance at our cost:- 2.1.1. all routine servicing for the vehicle in line with and when required by the manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations (including replacement fluid oil and lubricants and standard servicing replacement parts); 2.1.2. all mechanical repairs due to fair wear and tear but not otherwise (including batteries and exhaust systems); 2.1.3. replacement tyres due to fair wear and tear but not otherwise; 2.1.4. breakdown and recovery cover, restricted to roadside assistance in the United Kingdom only, is provided under this schedule and is subject to the terms of the particular arrangement applicable to the vehicle. A copy of those terms is available on request from us.
The Maintenance. LifeLock agrees to purchase from CSIdentity, and CSIdentity agrees to sell to LifeLock, the data verification services set forth in Exhibit A to this Addendum (such services, the “Maintenance”) at the prices and on the terms set forth in Exhibit A to this Addendum.
The Maintenance. The Council will maintain the Seat by doing as follows at dates and times to be determined by the Council: a) washing the bench twice before the 6th anniversary of the Agreement and twice after the 6th anniversary of the Agreement before the end of the Agreement b) replacing the perspex plaques during the time of the Agreement, if they become damaged The Council will decide on whether the replacement of the perspex plaques is necessary.
The Maintenance. Service Charges after the expiry of the Initial Duration may be increased by the Maintainer as necessary or appropriate to cover the increased costs of labour and/or materials and obsolescence of any maintained equipment, where the costs of equipment become greater due to the difficulty in obtaining such equipment.
The Maintenance. Service Charges during the Initial Duration shall be payable as specified on the face of the Agreement and shall be payable annually in advance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer agrees to pay for the Maintenance Services by direct debit from the Customer’s bank account within fourteen days of the date of MAINTAINER’s invoice. Failure by the Customer to pay for the equipment and services by direct debit shall incur a surcharge by MAINTAINER of 3% or £5 whichever shall be the greater in respect of each invoice or payment in respect of the Contract Price.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the State highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the State highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • Vehicle Maintenance 16.1 You must report to thl as soon as possible, where the oil is above or below the recommended level or the warning indication light is illuminated. 16.2 You must add water/coolant to the cooling system and an appropriate Australian Society of Automotive Engineers rated oil for petrol or diesel powered vehicles (as applicable) to the engine if the indicator level is below minimum. 16.3 You agree to maintain the Vehicle in these conditions and acknowledge that any mechanical damage occasioned as a result of Your failure to maintain the Vehicle in accordance with this clause must be paid by You.
