Common use of Export Administration Clause in Contracts

Export Administration. Each party agrees to comply with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States, the United Kingdom and any other applicable country (“Export Laws”) to assure that neither the Software nor any direct product thereof are (i) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws; or (ii) are used for any purposes prohibited by the Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

Export Administration. Each party agrees to comply with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States, States and the United Kingdom and any other applicable country or territory in which the Services are provided (“"Export Laws”") to assure that neither the Software any deliverable, if any, nor any direct product thereof are is (i1) exported, directly or indirectly, indirectly in violation of Export Laws; Laws or (ii2) are intended to be used for any purposes prohibited by the Export Laws, including, including without limitation, limitation nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.
