Common use of Export Administration Clause in Contracts

Export Administration. Each party agrees to comply with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States, the United Kingdom and any other applicable country (“Export Laws”) to assure that neither the Software nor any direct product thereof are (i) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws; or (ii) are used for any purposes prohibited by the Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.
