Export Regulations. 12.1. Customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations with regard to economic sanctions, export con- trols, import regulations, restrictive measures, and trade embargoes (all herein referred to as “Sanctions”), including those of the European Union and United States. Customer declares and warrants that it is not a person targeted by Sanctions, nor is it otherwise owned or controlled by or acting on behalf of any entity or person targeted by Sanctions.
