Common use of Extended Absences Clause in Contracts

Extended Absences. In the event all Residents will be away from the Apartment for more than 8 consecutive days, Residents agrees to notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing of such absence. During such absence ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may enter the Premises at reasonable times necessary to maintain the Premises and inspect for damages and needed repairs.
