Extended Absences Sample Clauses
The Extended Absences clause defines the rules and procedures that apply when a party to the agreement is absent for a prolonged period. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes an extended absence, such as being unavailable for work or communication beyond a specified number of days, and may require the absent party to provide notice or documentation. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties are aware of their obligations and the steps to take during prolonged absences, thereby minimizing disruptions and maintaining clarity in the contractual relationship.
