EXTENDED CONTRACT DAYS Sample Clauses
The Extended Contract Days clause defines the conditions under which the duration of a contract may be lengthened beyond its original end date. Typically, this clause specifies the circumstances—such as delays due to unforeseen events or mutual agreement—under which additional days are added to the contract timeline. For example, if a project is delayed by weather or regulatory approvals, the contract period may be extended accordingly. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility and clarity in managing project timelines, ensuring that both parties understand how and when the contract period can be lawfully extended.
