Extended Coverage. (a) The provisions of this Article shall also apply to employees defined in Clause 13.01(b)(ii), provided they do not refuse alternate employment within fifty (50) kilometres of their place of work. The provisions of Clause 12.05(c) applies to such alternate employment.
